All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders are shipped to the address provided when the initial order was placed. You will receive an order confirmation when your order has been shipped.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please ensure the correct mailing address has been input before finalizing your transaction.
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information, please contact us immediately so that we may begin investigating the incident. Investigations may take up to 10 days.
